found some old powered parachute photos so I thought I would give it a whirl

 

Squarespace - not so smart

So, I have been having issues with squarespace.

I like to work in batches, so I prepare a bunch of article for the greenhouses.net blog and then schedule them to post later. If I am really motivated I try and get a few months ahead.

But, their timed post feature has not been working - for the previous few months I have had to go back and manually change posts from drafts to publish.

I explained all this via many emails with support stressing that I was not upset about past issues but that I wanted the posts that I had just got in the system this week to work correctly when their  time came. I stressed that I had a few months of posts already waiting in the system that they could check over and verify that I had all the settings correct. And let me know if I was setting things up incorrectly.

Sorry for any confusions -- It looks like you've set the dates for these incorrectly

with this photos pointing out my mistake - I don't know where to go to even try and explain what exactly the "confusions" is

 

if anyone is interested here is the solution

don't bother with setting the post date, under scheduling click on the word NONE and chose the post date there instead

Doors into your Business

Operating online I don't think about entry doors into retail stores anymore. I have retailwebs.com on my (locked) front door and have black tint on the windows since I feel like an idiot doing web videos with an audience. 

But once again a neighboor retailer has caught my interest with thier front door.

How many people will turn off their phone before entering a retail store?

and what happens if you don't - does Alex Baldwin show up and escort you out?

Windows 7 doesn't suck

Ok, it's been 6 months now so I can honestly say that I really like windows 7. The 64bit system lets me use the 16GB of ram like I hoped it would.
Lots of images open in photoshop, webpages being built in expressionweb and 20+ windows open in firefox while streaming pandora.

and it auto recovers without a reboot the very few times i crashed something. bonus.
